Vicky -- I forgot...the easiest way is to enter "real cream cheese" in the search box on the home page and you'll be taken to the recipe. Really.

Vicky -- Go to the members tab, find poemom, click on it and all of poemom's recipes magically appear. Her cream cheese recipe is there. Or you could go to the recipes tab and search for hours!

I'm a newbie and you lost me. What is Poemoms's cream cheese? Sorry for my ignorance but I am still trying to find a detox diet to see whether I want to go raw. Some good recipes would help. Thanks;

I have taken a spoonful of batch #1 and it's made a second well set yoghurt that to me tastes pretty much identical to dairy yoghurt and better than soy. It separates as the culture matures and so needs to be stirred together a bit to find the right texture but the creaminess and tenderness is excellent.
I'm curious what results other people have achieved....
