Ingredients
3 cup baby spinach
10 strawberries, quartered
1 avocado, diced
6 asparagus spears, steamed (optional)
2 kiwis, sliced and peeled
2 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablespoon flax seed, ground
Recipe Directions
lay bed of spinach on two plates, place other veggies and fruits on top, then sprinkle pine nuts and ground flax.
