2 cups berries of your choice (frozen)
Handful of cashews or macadamia nuts
1 tablespoon coconut butter
1 tablespoon agave
1. Blend ingredients. Add water slowly to reach a thicker-than-smoothie consistency - you want it gluggy but pourable.
2. Taste for agave quantities (I don't think I added as much as 1 tablespoon but it wouldn't hurt to, or even add more if you have a sweet tooth.)
3. Pour into icy pole (aka popsicle) molds.
4. Freeze for 12 hours.
Almost-creamy, super yummy, frozen berry goodness.
