1 small avocado
¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
¼ teaspoon clove powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Pinch of black pepper (ground)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Water as needed
1. Pit and peel the avocado.
2. Put it in the food processor or blender with other ingredients.
3. Blend away, adding water as needed to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Eat and enjoy!

I just can’t help it; I’m a dessert girl, and I like ‘em sweet and creamy.
This one is yummy--all the spicy exotic flavors of chai in a nice little pudding.
You could also definitely make lots of variations on this one: add your favorite chai spice blend, substitute some vanilla or cacao powder for the spices, or add some fresh fruit for a different flavor.
