1½ tablespoon miso, red, unpasteurized
5 roma tomatoes
1 clove garlic
¼ cup olive oil
3 cup water
Blend it all in a blendtec, except reserve some of the chopped roma tomatoes and the avo and put it on top of your soup once you’ve poured it into a bowl. Yum.
