Yield
2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup sesame pulp (make sesame milk and save the pulp)
1 cup dried coconut (ground to a fine powder)
2 tablespoons raw agave nectar
Dash of vanilla
Pinch of cinnamon
Recipe Directions
1. Mix in a bowl all of the above ingredients.
2. Once mixed well, roll into a ball in your hand.
3. Place on Teflex sheets and flatten with a fork and form into a circular shape.
4. Put in dehydrator. These will only need about 12 hours or so (maybe even less). I had these at 110 Fahrenheit. I like them crispy, so i waited until they were completely done.
Notes:
Vanilla and cinnamon are optional.
The pulp was a bit moist, so I kept adding the coconut until it was a bit more dry.
I didn’t measure these items out, so my measurements above are just an estimate. I’d start with a little less and then add if needed.

By carrie6292Light, sweet, and crispy! Perfect for those sweet cravings!
I had prepared sesame milk for the first time and didn’t know what to do with the meal/pulp afterwards, so i made these.
Enjoy with some nice almond or sesame milk. :)
