1 stalk celery
2 pink lady apple
Blend with water to desired thickness
1 head romaine
2 sprigs basil, chopped
10 sprigs thyme
1/2 english cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 tomato, cubed
1/2 cup dried currants
1 granny smith apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
5 stalks celery, sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Blend with dressing in BIG bowl, or two smaller bowls.
This recipe is very flexible, but would be really good, IMO, with green grapes and some watermelon.
If not 8/11, would be great with avocados, sunflower seeds...
