Ingredients
2 large tomatoes
3 large broccoli florets
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup or 1 date
1 tabelspoon olive oil
Recipe Directions
I just fancied a soup today as it’s rather cool here. This was lovely and warming and I served it with some grated zucchini and nori strips. I also added some fresh cress just before serving. Happy Easter!
Blend all the ingredients with warm water to cover.

I'm a sucker for a good soup! This is going straight into the recipe box (and my stomach). Thanks!

I had some left overs hanging around in the refrig and this recipe came to mind. I had very little broccoli, but I added spinach and a red bell peper, along with some nut. yeast. came out a little thinner than I would have liked, but very tasty none the less. I always think of this recipe when I am debating about making soup. This is a very versitle recipe and I enjoy it more each time that I make it.

Made this again for lunch this week. I added seaweed to the soup. It is really good.

Just made this, excellent. I was in such a rush that I didn't add the turmeric, the agave, or the oregano. I did add some cayenne pepper as well as some Adobo seasoning. Extra good. I'll be eating this often this summer. Thanks for the great recipe.
