Ingredients
1 large carrot (peeled and grated)
Handful of dried raisins or cranberries
Handful of flax seeds
Recipe Directions
1, Combine all ingredients and spread out onto a non-stick cookie sheet so it resembles a hash brown. Bake or dehydrate until dry or slightly crispy. Enjoy!
2. This recipe can be converted to a porridge if you don't feel like crackers. Just omit the oven/dehydrator. Perfect for those avoiding nuts and tropical fruit.
