Yield
Serves 1 with no willpower or 2 with willpower
Ingredients
½ cup raw hemp seeds (crumbled to oily powder/butter in food processor)
2 tablespoons raw hemp protein powder
2 tablespoons raw cocao powder
1 frozen bananas (more or less, depending on how creamy you want)
1 tablespoon raw agave nectar (more or less for taste)
2 cups water (more or less, depending on how thick you like it)
Recipe Directions
1. Toss your hemp seeds into a coffee grinder or mini food processor for around half a minute. If you are lucky enough to have a Vitamix, go ahead and skip this step.
2. Then just combine all the other ingredients in the blender (I put 2 bananas) and whiz away until smooth, creamy, and frothy.

i eat this post-workout too! except i mix the banana with a bit of water, frozen nut milk ice cubes, lecithin and maca, and then i throw in the cacao nibs at the very end of blending so that the pudding/smoothie retains some crunch. after i throw the whole thing in a bowl i add a tablespoon each of bee pollen and ground flaxseed on top. so tasty!

Oops.
Mandelicious, Thanks! You just took it to a whole new level... I didn't have fresh strawberries, but the coconut was such a perfect edition. Can't go wrong mixing bananas and coconut.

I didn't have the raw hemp protein powder, so I used 2 tablespoons tocotrienols instead. Very unique flavour! Tasted a lot like a yerba mate latte I tried the other day...
Interesting breakfast for me. Woke me up and stimulated my senses for a long day of school!
