Joined February 17, 2008<p>Allergies have unfortunately taken permanent residence in my life and I after refusing to intoxicate myself with pharms or give up my love for living with dogs have led myself into a continuously sneezy situation. Until… I discovered the magical power of raw foods. For the first time in over 7 years I could breathe through my nose, taste what I was eating and smell flowers again! Since this initial breakthrough temptations upon going out with friends have led me continuously back to kleenex. But now I feel ready to stick to it and give my nose it’s job back.</p> <p>Aside from that, I am an Environmental Science major with an emphasis in ecology, behavior, and evolution who maintains aquariums for a living when not in the books. Hoping to help the earth as much as I can to thank her for how much she has helped me. I love experiencing the wilderness and would always prefer to be backpacking, mountain biking or at least hiking rather than not.</p>
