2 cups walnuts
2 cups almonds
3 tablespoons mesquite meal
1 ½ cups macadamia nuts
½ cup honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Meat of 2 young coconuts
¼ cup coconut water
1 cup pine nuts
¼ cup honey
1. Process almond to fine flour.
2. Add the rest of the "flour" ingredients and process well.
3. Blend lemon cream ingredients in blender. Add water as needed.
4. Put a thin layer of flour mixture on the bottom a casserole dish and press lightly.
5. Pour lemon cream on the first flour layer and add sliced bananas. Top with a second layer of flour.
6. Add a layer of sliced mangoes and papayas. Add next layer of flour.
7. Blend icing ingredients.
8. Top with icing and add chopped mangoes and papayas. Top off with shredded coconut.
9. Place in refrigerator for a couple of hours to set up.
This cake will certainly impress raw and/or SAD people!
