Login to Community Signup for an account Login using Facebook1 squash, I used spaghetti squash, chopped small
4 large carrots, chopped small
¾ cup red cabbage, chopped small
½ bunch, green onions, chopped finely
½ bunch cilantro , chopped finely
¾ cup sesame seeds, ground in processor
olive oil, enough to coat
lime juice, enough to coat
1½ tablespoon cumin seeds
1½ tablespoon coriander seeds
1. Combine squash, cabbage, carrots, green onion, cilantro and sesame seeds in large bowl.
2. Mix.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice to taste.
4. I chop coriander and cumin seeds a little with a knife, but you can grind them in a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle or leave them whole. Add to bowl.
5. Mix again and for optimal flavor let sit for a little while up to over night.
