YieldMakes 16 ounces (one serving). Just double everything for 2 servings, etc.
1 handful of spinach
1 thumb sized amnt of ginger (or more if you like SPICY!)
apples to fill the rest (i use organic granny smith but whatever works)

We have a huge juicer at work so I make this every morning. The citrus helps wake me up and give me an energy boost while the spinach and carrots up the vitamin content. This juice rocks! I sometimes use beet instead of carrot and that is really good as well.
