Tons.of.energy's Thoughts
By tons.of.energy This is an absolutely delicious snack or breakfast. We got it from my wife’s best friend who is a terrific healer and chiropractor. She eats this regularly after and hour or two of dancing (for health and relaxation) in the evenings after a 12 or 14 hour work day.
Sometimes we use the Trader Joes Greek style Yogurt – but fresh local is by far the best flavor, it’s just so hard to find.
This is refreshing and filling and it’s a “good slow burn”. Vary the portion to your appetite and time of day less in the evening and more in the morning.
Enjoy…

Yogurt is incubated at about 100 degrees so it is "raw" when it is made with raw milk. You don't have to be a vegan to be raw.
