<p>I made the transition to the Raw Food Lifesyle on August 5th, 2007. It is very challenging to learn a whole new way of living and eating. Our society and culture is so geared toward cooked food. It never occured to me how absurb that is. We are the only species that cooks our food to death before we eat it. I’m looking forward to meeting new people who share this passion and learning new ways to prepare food. Living Awesome!</p>
