I am currently 100% raw as I always feel better this way and my health is way better this way. I eat low glycemic, low-sugar/fruit, but that is new to me. I've had problems with excess sugars in my diet. I have also had Graves disease. I got it when I stopped being raw briefly. I got rid of it when I went back to raw. For diet I follow Hippocrates' diet and Gabriel Cousins' Rainbow Green diet. I am also a yogini and artist. I'm looking for other raw friends as i don't have a good raw support network around me, and I know how important this is.</p>
