Hello. I am from Western New York where I live with my husband, daughter, and Jack Russell. I have been a vegan for the past 10 years. I made the change for health reasons and it's made a huge difference. I have been off all medications for over 5 years and am symptom free. I am interested in eating more raw foods and I look forward to being a part of this community.
