I am still trying to go 100% fruit and leafy greens, however I cannot say that I have yet, I still find I am consuming SAD food types for 1 meal per week roughly, usually for social reasons. These meals make me feel lethargic and take me several days to recover sometimes, eventually I will go 100% no doubt. My staple foods are watermelon, mangoes, berries, bananas & cherries, I eat these fruits a lot. I also eat apples, peaches, papayas, pineapples, pears, kiwis, rockmelons, tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers & spinach leaves. The search for new fruits is starting to consume me as I begin to desire alternatives. Almonds and avocados satisfy my fat cravings as well. I don't juice and like to eat whole fruits. As I try to ween myself off the SAD diet completely I would love to hear from anyone with good advice on how to get SAD food craving out of my head, such as pizza, hamburgers & crisps, I find that my brain still desires these things even though my body does not. :-)</p>
