I never thought I could make a lifestyle out of this, but I have learned that it is really easy and so much more enjoyable than the Standard American Diet. This started as a detox diet as I was in the nasty habit of consuming coffee all day long, followed by Tito's on the rocks at night. Not surprisingly, I was depressed and irritable all the time. I feel 100% better and my husband says I am now a different person, in a good way. I feel so much more balanced, and way more positive. Raw food is so much fun and so beautiful, and it just makes sense to eat this way. Going raw is one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I'm so happy to have found RAWTARIAN - such a great resource of information and inspiration! </p>
