I was at one time vegetarian for 20 years... using processed products mostly as I was alone, busy working.
Recently became vegan to help control my husband's arthritis. We were finding the diet doesn't make much
difference to his pain-level. I was aware of raw diet some years back, but was not aware that the idea had not
only caught on but evolved to 50-100% raw! We are now going to embark on this new (to us) plan. Our
combined goal is to be pain free and discontinue prescription medications in the near future... thank you.
