Yield1-4 servings (depends on how hungry you are!)
4 bananas (frozen)
Dash of almond milk
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne
2 pinches of clove
Dash of powdered ginger
Pinch of sea salt
1-2 tablespoons carob powder
Vanilla extract to taste (mine isn't too strong so I put about 1 tablespoon)
2 to 3 tablespoons pistachio
2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
3 tablespoons date paste
1. In your high speed blender or food processor, put the bananas, almond milk, and spices.
2. When almost fully incorporated and smooth, add the pistachios and cocoa nibs (you just want to break them a little). Don't overprocess or you'll end up with a banana smoothie! By the way, it would not be that bad as you would just have to put your ice cream in the freezer till fixed.
3. Put in a large bowl (or many smaller ones!) and add the date paste. Incorporate it by making swirl patterns in your ice cream.

I've just created this scrumptious ice cream.
The decadent mix of flavor reminded me of those treat-packed Haagen Dazs ice cream, but better and healthier!
