1 bunch kale and/or other green, like dandelions
.3 cup olive oil
¼ cup pine nuts
water, to obtain thickness that you want
salt and pepper
lemon juice to taste
maple syrup if desired, maybe 1 tablespoon
I blend this all in my blendtec and pour it over zucchini spaghetti. Yum.
