1. Blend the bananas, and then add the flax seed, wheat germ, and cacao.
2. Form into balls and place on a teflex sheet.
3. Flatten them into patties with a spatula.
4. Dehydrate for 8 hours at 105 F, flipping half way.
5. Make ice cream by blending frozen bananas.
6. Form the sandwiches and enjoy!
