4 celery stalks
2 green onions
½ large red bell pepper
Handful of parsley
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon ginger
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cardamom
Dash of allspice
1. Add the prepared ingredients into the blender with just enough water to get things moving.
2. Whiz and chill.

The "surprise" is the addition of cantaloupe. It may seem a little out of place, but I think it adds a light sweetness.
