YieldMakes 2 large servings
2/3 cup nut milk
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 peach or mango
4 tablespoons tahini (or to taste)
1. Put everything in the blender or food processor with only enough nut milk to make the blades spin.
2. Blend everything until creamy.
3. Garnish with fresh fruit and dried coconut.
