This meal plan is for you if you are just getting started with raw recipes. It's perfect if you have a busy lifestyle and want to go raw the easy way. Some of the recipes in this challenge include green smoothies, raw ranch salad dresssing, raw tacos, raw alfredo pasta, raw raspberry crumble and raw brownies. Just like grandma used to make - only raw!

Dehydrating Equipment

In order to start dehydrating, all you really need is a dehydrator. However, in order to adequately follow Raw Dehydrating 101 you should have all five of these pieces of equipment.

  • Dehydrator
  • Parchment paper
  • Food processor
  • Blender (optional)
  • Large spoon (or icing spreader)
