Frozen bananas
Recipe Directions
ICE CREAM
1. Put frozen bananas into a food processor and process until ice cream consistency, about 1 minute for ice cream scoop type ice cream or 2 minutes for soft serve.
POPSICLES
2. Peel bananas.
3. Stick a popsicle stick 1/3 to 1/2 way into each banana.
4. Freeze until firm.

i know there are lots of ice cream recipes out there, but this is just too simple not to post.
This is a great ice cream base for lots of flavors. Just add fruit, shredded coconut, coconut butter, carob chips, or whatever you like!
No Processor? No problem! Make popsicles!
You can dress these popsicles up by rolling in agave and then coconut, carob chips, crushed nuts, or all of the above. Then freeze and enjoy.
Kids love them! I have a 2 year old that eat about 2-3 frozen bananas a day, just plain. I wrap one in a kitchen towel and let her have at it!
