I filled it with raw cheese (sun seeds), cherry tomatoes, and lettuce. It was just great!

Ingredients
12 medium mushrooms
Half a pack of baby spinach leaves
3 medium onions
Sesame seeds
1/3 cup of olive oil
Herbs
Recipe Directions
1. Add sesame seeds and your favorite herbs on the top.
2. Dehydrate the wraps for 12 hours.

I really like this recipe. It adapts well to many flavors. Caraway seeds are one great option. I will also try it with some thai curry spices. I love that it requires no flax or almonds!!!!

I love this! I confess that I had my doubts as I poured the thick green liquid onto my teflex sheets that it would ever be black or that it would even taste good, but as those wraps dried they got darker and darker and had the most amazing aroma and taste when they were done. Thanks you for such a great (and easy) recipe!
