5 dates (pitted)
5 ice cubes
2 young coconuts (meat from 2 and water from 1)
Recipe Directions
1. Place dates, coconut meat, and water in a Vitamix or other high powered blender and whiz away.
2. Add ice cubes about a minute into the process.
3. Pour and enjoy!

i just made something like this, but i add an orange to my blender... it's kind of a mix of this recipe and another one i saw earlier on the website. Very good. ;9

Yum - that sounds good too anmanoel! There are so many variations...you could add raw chocolate powder for a choco caramel shake, or chai spices for a chai shake.
If you use oranges try adding some coconut butter also, it will taste like a creamsicle...very rich and delicious!
