Yield
2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup sesame meal/pulp
1 tablespoon carob powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
3 tablespoons shredded coconut flakes (ground into a fine powder)
Recipe Directions
1. Take all of the ingredients and just mix in a bowl. The batter will be quite moist, so feel free to add more of the dry ingredients if needed.
2. Roll some dough in your hand and form a ball.
3. Place the balls on a Teflex sheet and then flatten with a fork. You’ll need to put some of the dough back into place and try to form a circular shape. You’ll know what I mean once you do it.
4. Put these in the dehydrator at about 110 Fahrenheit and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
Carrie6292's Thoughts
By carrie6292These are light and crispy and sweet.
They help with those chocolate cravings!
Well, I started with a lot of pulp from sesame milk and I didn’t know what to do with it, so this was one of my creations!
I didn’t measure as I went along, so these are all estimates.
I’m sure these would be great with gojis cut up and rolled in. Just a suggestion :)
