I made it this morning when I was hungry. It is so creamy, filling, and satisfying that you won’t believe your taste buds! Also, use a lot less almond milk for vanilla ice cream or just add some vanilla!

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups bananas (frozen)
1 cup almond milk (fresh, strained)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
Recipe Directions
1. Blend everything in a Vitamix till completely smooth.
2. Pour into two cups and enjoy!

Just a thought,since I do not have any almond or any milk made. How could you make this without "milk"

Thanks for all the comments! mham - The secret in this is actually the nut milk. Almond milk or brazil nut milk would go well (I haven't tried brazil nut milk) Oh, and the bananas being frozen seems to make a huge difference also. Hope you like it! :)
