2 cups bananas (frozen)
1 cup almond milk (fresh, strained)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
1. Blend everything in a Vitamix till completely smooth.
2. Pour into two cups and enjoy!

I made it this morning when I was hungry.
It is so creamy, filling, and satisfying that you won’t believe your taste buds! Also, use a lot less almond milk for vanilla ice cream or just add some vanilla!
