Banana Milkshake (with Green Option)
My new favorite morning routine. I do add one extra banana, though.

Sounds unique to me! I bet the walnuts and hemp seeds add great flavor to this..especially complimented with maple syrup! yum! I'll be trying this one!

I just love this recipe. I haven't used the hemp seeds or spinach, but I used all the other ingredients. I substituted maple syrup with raw honey. The colder it is, the better - it tasts like a read milk shake. I recommend blending the walnuts and water first, then straining it with a nut milk bag. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Sounds great. You can use Yacon syrup in place of the maple syrup....and a real vanilla bean. I will try this today!!!
