Quick and easy to top salads, or raw pasta!

Recipe Directions

First I put the raw nuts into the food processor, process them until small crumbles are made (makes a very loud noise at first), then I add the fresh minced garlic (I have a hand press I use for this), then I process both ingredients again for about 10 seconds. I have also done this recipe with cashews and walnuts, brazil nuts are my favorite. Enjoy!!

Awesome idea for when you crave a good tasting sprinke but don't want a ton of calories. Thank you!
