makes about 4 cups -

Ingredients
2 ripe haas avocados, diced
1 pound organic thompson grapes, washed, sliced if large
1 head radicchio (small), or 4 leaves romaine, choppede into 1/2" pieces
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoon sea palm fronds (or 1/2 t. sea salt), soaked and chopped
1 tablespoon udo's oil, or flax oil (optional)
Recipe Directions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine well. Adjust the amount of lemon juice, oil and salt or sea palm to taste. Enjoy!

Sweet and satisfying…yummmm! Right now there are the most amazing biodynamic thompson grapes in san francisco! this could work with any delicious, seasonal grapes or other sweet fruit.
