Ingredients
1 cup packed spinach, roughly chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
½ cucumber, peeled and chopped
½ red bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil or any other fresh garden herb, chopped
2 tablespoon miso paste
1 green onion or 1/2 red onion, chopped
½ avocado
Recipe Directions
Blend all ingredients except avocado until smooth. Add avocado and finish blending
Lunablue's Thoughts

A summery and light but filling soup that comes straight from your garden. You do not have to add the apple, but it adds a slight sweetness that really brings out the whole flavor of the soup. The red bell pepper is opptional.
