It's 1/2 cup of milk,and 1/2 vanilla bean.Sorry about that.Also,you don't have to brew the espresso,just use 2 tablespoons of ground beans.

I wonder if you could use raw Yerba Matte tea flakes in place of the espresso to keep it raw? Perhaps grind the tea flakes to a powder, then blend with the rest. Just a thought:)
