Recipe Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until creamy.

3. Add nuts and blend for 5 seconds just so that it breaks into bits and pieces.

Great to hear that you enjoyed it. It is much better to feed children this than conventional supermarket ice cream. I never would of thought there would be an alternative to high fat ice cream.

Yeah, when I made it, I noticed that it turned out like creamy cake batch. I guess you would need a lot of frozen bananas to make cake with the receipe?

wow...cake batter...must try this....

Also, try adding in a little frozen coconut. Yum. I also added in some almond extract. Loved this addition to my normal banana + another fruit and now these two additions.

Yummy! It definitely satisfied the my five-year old's and mine after-dinner sweet tooth. We added a a few frozen strawberries to the mix and lots of nuts on top.

I use rice milk, its a generic brand (Ryza) so its not raw. I am not on a 100% raw diet so I incorporate cooked ingredients. I also sometimes use soy milk, whatever I have in the fridge. Enjoy, its super delicious, and let me know how it turns out ;)
