Yield
Serves 1
Ingredients
1/2 cup ground flax seeds (I'd buy regular ones and grind them fresh myself in a blender or coffee grinder)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder or carob powder
2 tablespoons agave (or until it gets to the consistency you like)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or beans
Recipe Directions
1. Grind the flax seeds in a blender or coffee grinder to a powder. Place in a food processor.
2. Add cocoa powder and vanilla.
3. Start the processor and then slowly add agave to get it to the batter consistency you like.
4. Add the maple syrup too, if you're going to do that, and whatever else and process again.
BrunetteKet's Thoughts
By BrunetteKet Tastes like you're eating something you totally shouldn't be.
It's great for those moments where you're like I need cookie dough, brownie batter, or something sweet now!
Trust me, you'll love it! Love you all!
I sometimes add a little coconut butter by Artisana or whoever and a dash of cinnamon, but it's not really needed.
A splash of grade B organic maple syrup makes it really good. But if you're not doing the maple syrup thing, no biggie.

I had to add a little more cocoa powder for my taste, but it certainly was quick and delicious. Thanks!
