Yieldserves two as a meal or 4 as a side
4 clove garlic, minced
2 cup soaked lentils , soak in pure water for 12 hours
1 cup cilantro, coursly chopped
1 cup cherry tomato, halved
1 tablespoon braggs or nama shoyu
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup red onion, minced
Place all ingredents into a bowl, mix and enjoy!
(I did not put quantities for the cayene and black pepper, I leave that up to you and your personal spicy preferences.)
