1 large ripe avocado, halved and pit removed
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 scallions, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
- Scoop out avocados
- Dice and mix ingredients
- Scoop into skin of avocado and serve
