Yield
Salad for 1 person - Just double it for more peeps. -
Equipment
None
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Maca
½ Orange, Squeeze
1 tablespoon Miso (I used light miso)
2 teaspoon Raw Maple Syrup (best) or Raw Agave
1 tablespoon Raw Tahini
1 dash Cayenne
1 dash Water or (Raw Olive Oil) to thin it out a bit
Lots of Greens- kale, spinach, arugula, baby greens, wash & dry well
Recipe Directions
Pull out a big salad bowl and mix the dressing in the bottom. I just use the fork that I’m going to eat with to scoop out the Tahini & Miso. Then throw everything else on top, mix & stir well, and Eat!! Add lots & lots of greens ‘cause they always wilt down. *Miso,& cayenne, are not raw, and if you want enzyme active dried fruit, dry it yourself under 118F to be sure.

It's a Superfood! Maca is a root that grows in the high mountains of Peru. Rich in nutritional content (potassium, and higher levels of calcium than in milk), it is a natural hormonal balancer which provides great health benefits.
Due to its high nutritional value it greatly affects energy, stamina, depression, memory, libido and more.
