½ cup Shredded Coconut
2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
¾ cup Sunflower Seeds
6 drop Liquid Stevia
1 Large Avocado, cubed
2 Medium English Cucumbers, cubed
2 Medium Oranges, cubed
1 cup Very ripe, sweet plum or grape tomatoes
Recipe Directions
Toss ingrediants together, and enjoy!

Cucumbers and orange sounds good together but for some reason the tomatos throw me off. The name is inspring though! That's a pretty wild combination!
