Recipe Directions

1. Mash prunes, nut butter, and agave nectar into a sticky paste with a fork in a large bowl.

2. Add all other ingredients mixing well with each addition.

3. Pour mix onto a foil lined baking sheet and press as thin as desired for bars. I baked this in my toaster oven at 150 Fahrenheit, opening the door occasionally to let some heat out as to not "cook" the food. If you have a dehydrator, that would work even better.

4. Dehydrate until desired consistency.
