Ingredients

1 cup walnuts (grind walnuts to powder)
2 tablespoons carob or organic chocolate
1 cup raw agave or raw honey (could mix raw sugar and pure water)

Recipe Directions

 

1. Grind walnuts to a powder.

2. Add carob or chocolate to walnuts. Blend.

3. Stir in agave or honey to mixture.

4. Put in small freezer glass pan and freeze and slice into bars.
