Ingredients
1 (or 2) bundles fresh chopped Parsley
1 Large or 2 mid-size chopped Tomato - Ensure tomato is juicy
1/2 chopped Onion
1 mid-size or large Lemon
2-3 tbl spoons extra virgin Olive Oil
2-3 tbl spoons shelled Hemp Seeds
1 tbl spoon Sea Salt
1/2 tbl spoon dry Peppermint (optional)
1/3 tbl spoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Recipe Directions
mix all ingredients and serve
Rajisaad's Thoughts
Tabouli has been a traditional East Mediteranean (Lebanon, Syria, Palestine) salad for thousands of years. To make it completely raw I took out the chopped bulgar wheat and added shelled hemp seeds with an optional spice kick of cayenne pepper. I love it and hope you do too.

Yes, they are virtually the same thing taste wise... just make sure the sea salt is good quality (Celtic sea salt is probably your best bet)

Any good quality salt is fine: Celtic or Himalayan.
