Ingredients

2 tablespoon Tahini
½ Lime, cut into 2 wedges
Water (optional)
pinch Sea Salt, to taste
½ Seedless English (Hothouse) Cucumber, cut into thin strips
1 Valencia orange, segmented, and then cut segments in half
¼ cup Large dried coconut flakes
¼ cup Raisins

Recipe Directions

Sauce: Whip together tahini, lime, salt. Add enough water to reach desired consistency.

Salad: Place the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, pour the dressing over it, and toss to coat.

thanks, I just started eating raw. I kinda got flipped out. thanks for this recipe. I needed it to be easy and fast raw until I get my meals organized. I jumped into the raw before planning.
