Ingredients
PUDDING
1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked)
4 tablespoons water
1 large banana (or 2 small ones)
1 tablespoon raw honey or agave nectar
Vanilla
OTHER
4 large strawberries (chopped)
Handful of blackberries
Recipe Directions
1. For easier blending, first blend the banana.
2. Add the nuts, water, sweetener, and vanilla and blend on high until creamy. If you find it’s not thick enough, just add more nuts.
3. Refrigerate for at least half an hour to set.
4. While waiting, slice the strawberries and grab a handful of blackberries.
5. Once the pudding is set, put a spoonful in each cup, followed by a handful of blackberries, half of the strawberries, more pudding on top and sprinkled with the rest of the strawberries. Of course, this can be done any way you wish.
Gasping_wallflower's Thoughts

I made this while celebrating my sister's birthday one evening.
It’s absolutely delicious and I hope you enjoy it.

This is delicious! Thank you very much, Carmen. I was looking at your profile and saw that you're from Canada. I am from Toronto, where are you from?

TomsMom, Thank you and you're welcome :)
Blue-Eyes, that's awesome! I was going to use Brazil nuts too (have a bunch here) and I'm sure any nut would work well. I'm glad you enjoyed it as much as me!!

This looks fantastic. For how long did you soak the macadamis nuts?

Hey bronwyn! Thanks for the comment. I'm from Alberta...the weather is not as cold as it should be this time of season, it's actually pretty warm. Similar to Toronto I think :)

This was awesome! I used cashews instead of macadamias (because that's what I had). Mine wasn't as pretty as the picture, but it certainly did taste good! I'll be making this often.

This was amazing thanks!!
I did not have macadamia nuts so I used Brazil nuts and loved it. cant wait to try it with macadamia but that will have to wait awhile. I only soaked them for a couple of hours because I could not wait It looked so good I wanted it right now but longer would have been better.

rawlizard, I soaked them overnight but I'm guessing 5-7 hours would be right.
