Yield1 serving in a 20 ounce glass
1 kiwi fruit (peeled, cut)
3 large kale leaves (stalks cut off)
1 cup water
Handful of salad greens (the darker, the better)
1 banana (peeled, cut)
1. Throw everything in a blender.
