2½ cup almond milk
2 tablespoon hemp powder
1 tablespoon hemp oil
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
5 pieces of medjool dates, pitted
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients and add ice one at a time until smooth consistency.
I drink this smoothie after every workout at the gym and after training on the bike. Delicious and protein filled! Enjoy!
